There are a lot of pretty birds in New York City. I'm hoping to go on a bird-watching tour in Queens. Only the third picture is mine, but we did see a woodpecker and a red cardinal, pictured above. At least I think they looked like this. Megan took an ornithology class in college, so I have to take her word for it that these are what we saw, but I think she's right - one had a red head and one was all red.
